  3.     since the invasion. When we lived in the United States we 
  4.     went to Alaska and the Caribbean. Now we go to Asia and 
  5.     India.

  9.     Most all the places in Kuwait.

  18.     We are very interested in local and world news. We have a 
  19.     satellite dish to get news from throughout the world and 
  20.     subscribe to three local newspapers.

  23.     Four radios, 2 TVs, 2 stereos, 2 VCRs.

  25. 49.    What do you watch on TV, and for how many hours/day?
  26.     Children: 1-2 hours, sports, MTV.
  27.     Saif: BBC, nature documentaries.
  28.     Zainab: 1-2 hours, BBC, nature documentaries.

  31.     Five.

  34.     We own over 3,000 books on politics, outdoors, novels, etc.

  37.     Saif ran for a seat in parliament but lost. He gives lectures 
  38.     and writes a column for the Kuwait Times.

  40. 53.    What are your perceptions of the rest of the world?
  41.     Very well-informed about international affairs.
